Audit trail

NuGetKeep records security-relevant actions — package pushes, quarantine decisions and releases, retention prunes, and key/identity changes — to an audit log. Admins review it on /admin/audit.

Each entry captures who did what, when, against which feed and package, and the outcome. The audit trail is useful for incident review, compliance, and confirming that supply-chain gates and retention behaved as expected.
